Dear OpenLedger DEX users,

Our Support Team is currently investigating reimbursement tickets that were submitted until June 22, inclusive. Please have patience as they are reviewed on a case by case basis and it may take some time to address them all.

Those users who get confirmation that their account was hacked and their funds were stolen will become part of our Reimbursement Program starting on July 2, 2018.

Our representatives will share all the necessary details of the reimbursement procedure with Program participants.

We will contact requesters to inform them of the decision. You can also check your ticket status at https://openledger.freshdesk.com/support/login

Note that applications for the Reimbursement Program submitted after June 22, 2018 won’t be approved.
