Florida-based UnitedCorp that gained fame for filing cease and desist suits against giant corporations such as Facebook and Instagram claiming infringement of UnitedCorp patents are at it again, this time targeting the heads of Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

Currently, UnitedCorp is asking the court to enter an injunction from any actions that would allow past blockchain blocks “to be re-merged,” as well as compensation for damages.

In reference to the hard fork that occurred last month, the press release by UnitedCorp claims that the CEO’s of Bitcoin ABC and Bitmain “colluded to effectively hijack the Bitcoin Cash network.” UnitedCorp states that the fork was a well-planned scheme to take control of the network for personal gain.

Among evidence attached to the suit UnitedCorp even included the full version of the original Bitcoin whitepaper. Most industry experts don’t see UnitedCorp being successful in their endeavor.
